The matress is too soft
The matress is too soft, hurt my back after sleeping on it. Thought it was my issue so sticker to it for 6 months, then finally Couldn't stand with it anymore got a new matress from other brands then my sore back issue gone.

The mattress is bent out of shape the mattress looks crooked
And for something that cost a lot of money it shouldn't be this way it's not very comfortable to sleep in.
I purchased this because my wife needed something new because of our back and she's complaining that it's not comfortable

The matress still has the smell of foam from it whereas by now wevwould have expected it would be gone.

I raised a complaint about the wording on the website, and they dismissed me. It said mattress with cover, when I asked where is the cover, they are talking about the outer of the actual mattress. So by that definition, can I buy the springs and sponges please? CLearly it meant mattress protector

Absolutely love my Emma Original…
Absolutely love my Emma Original mattress! We got the end of summer bundle which included the mattress, duvet, mattress protector and two pillows. The only thing I’m still getting used to the pillows. Not the comfiest unfortunately but maybe in time. Delivery was brilliant would definitely order again!
