Customer service is terrible and needs major improvements. Ordered a TV stand and it got damaged in freight so I never received it, so I called to get another one shipped and customer service said they would credit it back to my card that is it. Which left me scrabbling to find and order another TV mount so I could have everything ready for the installation.

Probably the fastest shipping I have ever seen besides Amazon prime.

The package was missing half of the number of parts there's 4parts to a pair of bookshelf speakers with detachable speaker grills I only received 2 of the 4 parts and the advertisement never mentioned as far as I can remember seeing speakers only no grills included so I'm dissatisfied with this then only to hook up my amplifier setup and they sounded as if they were hissing in the highs I had to compare them with my older speakers both of my older speakers sound good sometimes you just get a what you pay for I'm sending back there speakers.

You guys sent a new xbox though the usps in the xbox Box it could have been stole day one then it get left on my porch With big letters saying Xbox.. That pissed me off DO BETTER

Never gave me the 25Dollar discount for for spending 350.00 first time buyer ...Crickets

When the item was delivered, it had dents in it. They took it back and when another one was delivered the next day, they initially said they were just supposed to drop it off even though we told them we had paid for delivery AND set up. When they verified that, they proceeded to tell us they couldn't install it until blah....blah...blah...or some excuse. One of them was extremely rude. They left and we canceled the order.

You do carry it you have it on your site! LOL You know you were wrong because you took off where it says includes embroidery attachment! I have proof of all this. Remember that.

I would give zero Stars if I could. I ordered a new Singer sewing machine from them they're listing said it came with embroidery hoop and it did not. When I brought this to their attention that it was on their site their chat customer service also told me this and there's proof... They offered me a $30 credit or to return the machine. I was trying to get them to send me the embroidered hoop attachment which should have come with my machine. I had proof of this with screenshots of their website and still nothing. I checked after everything and they had taken the thing saying including the embroidery hoop off of there of course. I still have the proof though. I will never shop with them again.
