I filed a claim for Secondary Car Rental Coverage on my Visa. I scraped a bumper on the car. It took a week to find how to file and upload all the info needed on Card Benefit Services, but after I uploaded all the information, the process was FAST and EFFICIENT. I did have to send 2 emails asking why my claim had 13 docs and 1 jpeg, and still was considered "pending-more info needed." After that email, the response was the next day. My claim had been settled, and they needed my account info to send the money. The whole process took only 1 month from the date of my accident! But I did start the process THE SAME DAY as my accident, and I uploaded all docs they wanted ASAP. You have to be able to READ, and give them what they ask for. Shout out to Fox Car Rental SeaTac. They have been amazing for years, (Barbara, Trevor, Kani) and I will only rent from Fox forever---They were also very efficient on the corporate communication as well.

I am a Capital One Venture X cardholder. The process was easy, straight-forward and very less hassle than I anticipated. The customer care was very cooperative, friendly, and understanding. Very minimal effort was needed from my side in filing the claim and representatives follow up with me which helped in settling the process in a very short span of time (less than a month).

best experience I ever had submitting a claim. I had a single point of contact who was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. Web site and e-mail both worked well to open the claim, submit documents, and send additional details. It was clear that a real person was reviewing my submissions and correspondence. When I called the Card Benefit Services the representative first stated that I didn't qualify. However, after I provided additional details, she agreed that I qualify, and gave me very clear instructions on how to file a claim. It was very professional interaction. The web site for filing the claims is easy to navigate and fast. It was easy to submit all the required evidence, and then add additional ones that were requested. Finally, the claim was processed very fast. Several people who were on the same flight as me and used different cards to purchase the tickets are still struggling to get reimbursement. Very positive experience!

I got stuck in Florida for 3 extra days. The airline said it was weather and refused to cover any expenses.
This option has a $500 limit, which still helped me get back about 75% of what I was out of pocket. Super easy, no fight, and was quickly approved and reimbursed.
