I headed into the Norwich store, with just measurements of the ensuite, nothing else. But came out with exactly what I was looking for, thats thanks to Rebecca. Rebecca, listened what I wanted, was very patient, as I kept changing my mind. Rebecca was very knowledgeable which put me at ease. Overall, Rebecca was a delight to deal with and nothing was to much bother.

Simple and elegant shower door that is well made and works really well. It's so easy to keep clean too. It was very well packaged and arrived swiftly.

Massive thanks to Carl in the Roker store who helped me with my tile selection for the hallway! I was sooooo indecisive and with his expert opinion and great taste I came to a decision which I’m extremely happy with! The process was slick and easy and I was updated regularly on delivery. Once my tiles arrived Carl even helped me load them into the car! Thank you so much!!

Although the initial delivery was not right the driver returned to us the next morning with everything on the order (although 1 tube of mastic is to come). He was very polite and very helpful.

Knowledgeable when we were first considering who to use.very helpful when we're looking at options. Great fitter. Reliable, worked full days and completed a full refit including wall boards, new ceiling and floor in 2 weeks with minimal disruption. Great experience overall.

Friendly staff very helpful, the only disappointment was the time you have to wait for a refund.

Didn't get my full order on first visit the bathroom fitter said there was a lot of item's missing had to go back and put in a second order got charged £85 pound for first delivery especially when i paid £2,500 pound in total it should of been free delivery the second delivery was free only when the bathroom fitter said he would collect it from the showroom
