We understand your concerns regarding the finish of the taps. However, our technical team thoroughly investigated the issue and, based on their assessment, the coating would not ordinarily come away under normal use. They also noted some surface marking to the tap, which was taken into consideration as part of their assessment.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but our offer was made based on the findings of the technical assessment. We’ll ensure your feedback is passed on to the relevant team.

Lovely company - show rooms that give a really good idea about the look of possible bathrooms. We got some many great ideas from them, and they have been very helpful with orders we have placed from toilets to sink advice to lighting and a TV for the bathroom!

Fantastic service from Easy Bathrooms in Harlow
I had the pleasure of dealing with Will at the Harlow branch of Easy Bathrooms, he made the process of designing my bathroom so straightforward where I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices that needed to be made. He gave great insight and advice to help me make the right decisions and I love my new bathroom!
I had two in-store consultations as I changed my mind on several aspects but Will was more than happy to incorporate changes, nothing was too much trouble. He even called me to ensure I was able to take advantage of a promotional offer!
I couldn't recommend Will and the rest of the Harlow team at Easy Bathrooms highly enough.

Wish I hadn't gone with them.
Mismeasurement, incomplete deliveries, faulty items, poor recommendations by staff, hippo (skip) bag still outside with some faulty goods also left, blocking the drive. Refund still owed. No compensation despite store and installation manager agreement. Having to pay someone else to finish the job. No response or any communication from the store or head office despite being chased. Looking like I need a solicitor!😕

We’d like to clarify that the additional work required relates to a change in the type of cabinet selected, rather than the installation team being unable to complete the original installation. Our installation team have reviewed the outstanding refund for the cabinet and are currently arranging this while liaising with you directly.
We’re also sorry to hear the Hippo bag was still awaiting collection. The installation team were not aware this was still outstanding, but are now arranging for it to be collected and will liaise with you regarding this.
We appreciate your patience while these matters are being resolved and apologise that you’ve had to follow up for updates. If there is anything further we can assist with, please email install@easybathrooms.com and the team will be happy to look into this for you.

Delivery of the order has missing…
Delivery of the order has missing parts. One week later we have just received the missing parts. Also a duplicate delivery of a missing part was sent. They missed an item off the order completely. The shower tray is smaller than anticipated which is very disappointing. I feel the sales person should have highlighted size of the shower tray to be for a small bathroom, when we could have had a larger one. The fitter of the bathroom suite has been amazing. That’s why I have given 3 stars. Also no contact from installation team when I called to chase missing products. I had to call back to chase. Disappointing customer service with no apology.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Firstly, when ordering online no option to collect from shop so delivery charge £85!!!!. Secondly, the delivery date was changed as they didn't have right sized van, so we had to wait another week when someone would be at home Waited in all day, no delivery, no txt, phone call or email with an explanation!! Sent email the next day asking to cancel our order and for a full refund . Will not be recommending Easy Bathrooms!!

Big shout out for Deep - fantastic customer service
I didn't realise it at the time, but going to Deep's showroom in Beckton was an absolute blessing.
Firstly, the Easy Bathrooms range is good quality, and also reasonable value. There's a lot to see in the showroom, which is really helpful for ideas. I am pleased with what I have bought.
But over and above Easy Bathrooms itself, I must single Deep out as being above and beyond. He's been incredibly patient and helpful, very responsive to queries and has steered us well in the choice of bathroom items.
Wonderful man.
And I am planning my second bathroom with him even as I type this - having had the Deep experience, I really don't want to go to anyone else.

Bathroom Panels out of stock
I ordered some bathroom panels, amongst other things, for delivery on Wednesday. Despite the website saying they were in stock, this was not the case. Donna has spent all morning going back and forth with me, trying to find replacement panels due to similar issues, as well as contacting suppliers to arrange delivery. While I do believe the website needs to be updated to reflect stock levels more approriatly i really appreciate Donna's help and support to get my delivery done by Wednesday. Her communication has been clear and quick, which I appreciate, as I feel she has prioritised my concerns. Thank you, Donna!

Outstanding Customer Service From Brandon
I just wanted to give a special mention to Brandon, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout my bathroom purchase.
I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted at the start and I also had to change my appointments a few times because of work commitments. Brandon was always so understanding, flexible and accommodating, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
What I really appreciated was the way he took the time to understand what I was looking for and talked me through the pros and cons of different options. He gave me the space to make my own decisions, but made sure I had all the information I needed to make those decisions confidently. I found that really reassuring and genuinely helpful.
He has a lovely way of dealing with people — he seems to know when to advise, when to listen and when to simply give you time. That, along with his patience and professionalism, really stood out to me.
Brandon is a real credit to Easy Bathrooms and a real asset to the branch. I’ve got another project coming up and I will definitely be using Easy Bathrooms again.
