Last week I rent a property with Olvia, she is the best. She help me to go through the process and to make the process easy and understanding for me.
I hope that my whole journey goes like this with Dynamic Property :)

Steph and Olivia have been absolutely amazing from start to finish with my property. Nothing was too much hassle from the beginning steph was awesome all the way throughout, I can't thank the entire team for the help they gave me.

Steph puckering , Olivia & Fiona from Dynamic property are however making good efforts to manage landlord 's properties at Durham in better way . Hope it will be further improved in coming time with this
new team experience....

Was treated and professionally regarding my denial, misrepresented the property

Had a conversation with Mike Young from Dynamic Properties and as usual blamed me a tenant in a building for his incompetence as a property manager/He Attempts to manage but does extremely poor job!Just read the reviews or better meet him you can be the judge on his behavior as a property Manager!! You will not find one good comment about this owner/manager

This company is wonderful to work with, especially Shirley who was always there and helped us when trying to buy a property through them. Unfortunately the buy didn't go through as the vendor was a tad difficult to deal with and things fell down, but if you could give an award for patience and endeavouring to keep everybody happy Shirley is your girl!! THANK YOU

Dynamic have given me great service, prompt polite professional and helpful throughout purchase and renting out.
One small mistake they made was quickly rectified and that’s been it.
