I had an episodic sciatica. I thought Dr Naeem was excellent. She was searching and extremely thorough in all of her questions. I was in great pain and she treated me very sympatheticially. This is... See more

While the Doctor was lovely. Im disappointed with the outcome. My son was advised by a physio to get prescribed anti inflammatory medication to treat an issue. Dr sent us away advising to take neuofen only. Physio advised that this would not be strong enough.
The doctor was perfectly professional and pleasant.
I needed a certificate for the Social Welfare IB1 for my 5 day absence which they don't supply!
This means no payment from my employer for sick leave. I have to make an appointment with my own local G.P to get the social welfare form completed.
This is very bizarre. I used dronline as I have a viral respiratory infection and didn't want to leave the house but it was pointless as I have to go to my own G.P now.
Complete waste of money.
I spoke with Dr. Malathy Ganyi and explained my symptoms, which were almost identical to those my partner had recently experienced. I also explained what treatment my partner had been prescribed by her GP: antibiotics, steroids and Solpadeine.
I was told by Dr. Malathy Ganyi that she would not prescribe Solpadeine and that, if I was in that much pain, I would need to attend A&E. Solpadeine is an over-the-counter painkiller, so I found this advice extremely frustrating.
At present, I am unable to get a GP appointment in Ireland due to the shortage, which is why I used the online doctor service in the first place. My options are essentially an online consultation or an out-of-hours doctor. I was advised to wait potentially 5–10 hours in A&E simply to receive pain relief for something that can be purchased over the counter. I do not understand how this was considered an appropriate or helpful solution.
Dr. Malathy Ganyi also suggested that I attend an out-of-hours doctor, but I explained that I had already paid for and completed the consultation with her.
I have a 2-year-old child to take care of, and I was in so much pain that I was unable to get out of bed to collect him from crèche. I had a few Solpadeine tablets left from a previous occasion, and they were the only thing that provided enough pain relief for me to function.
I paid for this consultation because I needed medical advice and help, but I left feeling that I had received neither. The experience was not helpful at all, and I will not be using this service again.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. When I developed a painful sore throat on a Sunday morning and knew my own doctor was unavailable, I searched online and found Dr Online. The process was simple and straightforward: I paid the €49 fee and received a call from the very friendly and empathetic Dr. Ganyi within 15 minutes. My prescription was sent to my local pharmacy, where I collected it 15 minutes later, and I also received a sick cert. Great service—I will definitely use Dr Online again.

Dr. Muhammad has always been extremely attentive and helpful during our appointments. He takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly, which makes a huge difference. It's no coincidence that I have monthly appointments with him on Dr. Online. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism, and I highly recommend him.

After an initial scheduling issue online, the consult call was made to another number rather than the one that was intended. However, at the time of my appointment, I did click on “here” link under alternate connection method in the appointment confirmation email that directed me to the zoom meet platform and that I was being connected to the dr I had an appointment with. I waited for 30 minutes for the dr to connect but the dr never did. I submitted an email to DrOnline support page with no response. I tried connecting again to the dr with no response. I understand I made the initial error, but, after making an effort to still make a connection to keep my appointment, no initial effort was made from them or the dr on that front, and, subsequently, no effort was made to respond to further efforts to communicate after the fact.

Super efficient and friendly service.
Dr. Hira Naeem resolved my initial request as well as gave extremely helpful recommendations for future. Way more convenient than standard (in person) GP services in clinic. I strongly recommend Dr. Online Ireland, as they looked after me and my family members on numerous occasions

I booked the appointment for a MRI referral, outlined why and what had been done to date in the pre appointment assessment. Dr advised they cant give a referral. In that case the appointment should not have been accepted. Total waste of time and money.
