Host never started the meeting
Booked and paid for a video consultation this morning . I was on video call shortly before my appointment time waiting for host the start the meeting and an hour later still waiting. Sent an email stating this and after a while of waiting got a reply to apologise and say they had an alternative appointment this evening. On their website there were still appointments available all morning so I declined the evening appointment and requested a morning one. I was given another booking of an hour and a half after the original booking with the same dr Muhammad Ghaznain . Again the same thing happened , he never answered - Very frustrating waiting ! After emailing again complaining I got offered my 3rd appointment of the day at lunch time. Spent all morning waiting around for an eventual 4 minute consultation. Would not recommend

Very satisfied, quick and easy way to see a specialist. I was very impressed with my doctor, was quick to understand the issue and provide next steps and comprehensive care plan. I would have spent weeks battling the system if I went through a regular clinic. Thank you!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I booked an appointment at 10pm for 7.30am the next morning and had my prescription at 9am. My doctor was excellent and very thorough. Delighted.

Quick, Easy and Convenient
I had a really positive experience with DrOnline, especially with Dr Hira Naeem. The whole process was quick, easy and affordable, and she was thorough in asking questions and genuinely seemed to listen. Being able to do it all from the comfort of home made it so convenient too. I’d definitely recommend DrOnline, especially for something small that you need a prescription or sick note for. Highly recommend!

The doctor was nice and considerate. Contact at appointment time. When video didn't work out the doctor phoned instead which was appreciated.

Use With Caution for Scheduling
I booked an appointment for a specific time. They called me at 6:40 a.m. on a Saturday when my appointment was in the afternoon. Could not reschedule my appointment and desperately needed medication. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
Edit: I was contacted and rescheduled, and I was able to get the medication I needed. This was a little bit rocky to get there, but it did end up working out. I'd pretty much use the service, but would caution others on the scheduling.

This is the second time that I have used this service. I was away from home and benefited from a very accessible GP service.
