Excellent service got QUICK appointment AND amazing
Excellent service got an appointment within 20 minutes of going online to look whereas other services I looked at could not even give me an appointment on the same day. I got through to an extremely polite and friendly Doctor Who asked about my symptoms in detail and allergies and insured that I got the correct diagnosis and prescription I was really impressed by this service

The prescription refill service is…
The prescription refill service is great. I had logged an appt through Laya and they were unable to help me online. This service is inexpensive enough I was able to book within 15 min of my unsuccessful Laya appt and still pick up my meds today. I highly recommend for folks new to Ireland or visiting who need a Dr on short notice. The whole process was great and the Dr extremely knowledgeable and detailed.

I have questions
I was nervous of using this service as I don't like the idea of doctors giving certs or prescriptions without a proper consult. If my own GP could have seen me today, I wouldn't have used the service at all.
The doctor rang me 15 minutes late, but I didn't mind that. She spoke to me for exactly 1.5 minutes before saying she would give me a medical cert. I know I'm properly sick and that I needed the cert for work. But I think that behaviour is leaving the service open to abuse.
Booking was easy. Just a few clicks and the price was reasonable.
Look, honestly, I think the service is good and handy. Especially when GPs are booked up for weeks in advance. I personally just feel uncomfortable with being able to get a cert in under 2 minutes.
