Double pay
Doctor was very nice, but it could not solve my issue as I needed to be checked physically. I was referred to go to my GP face to face. However money was taken. I understand you’re paying for their time but if they are in position that they can’t provide solution and tell you to go to GP, you should not be charged or at least not be charged fully. As it’s the same issue that you are dealing with within two days.

Fast and efficient. No time wait. Prescription for antibiotics sent quickly. It was much easier and faster than using urgent care for my complaint of bronchitis.

The experience was relatively positive. Very quick and efficient. However the doctor was not very warm. No demonstration of empathy or care, but we got what we wanted which was a prescription in a timely and efficient manner.
