I had an episodic sciatica. I thought Dr Naeem was excellent. She was searching and extremely thorough in all of her questions. I was in great pain and she treated me very sympatheticially. This is... See more

This was my first time using the Dr.Online -Ireland service. I was very impressed by the speedy response, despite my error in typing an incorrect digit in my phone number. I received a prescription to a nearby pharmacy and I am feeling the benefit a day later.

I was attended very quick and that's was nice! Maybe I miss a video call so I can show my problem and would feel a bit better. But anyway, fantastic attention and super quick response. Love this

I had a really positive experience with this online GP service. The process was straightforward from start to finish — booking was quick, the consultation was on time, and the doctor took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I felt taken seriously and not rushed, which made a big difference. The treatment plan was practical and easy to follow, and any prescriptions or follow-up instructions were organised efficiently. Overall, a convenient and reassuring way to access medical care, especially when you need advice promptly.

We had positive experience with the doctor and pediatrician and could not recommend them more.very helpful and kind doctors . However, after booking and paying for second gp consultation I was advised via email that pediatrcian consultation was required instead of gp . A link was provided, prompting another payment. My child had a pediatrcian consultation but I was not refunded for gp payment.

The GP was so friendly and attentive during the call. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and her help and advice was great. I would highly recommend Dr.Online. As a result of my referral I got a very quick appointment for my MRI. Thank you so much.

If I could give a MINUS rating, I would.
Re edited to add- continuing barrage of emails from Rona in Customer Sevice because I complained, with her justifying the 17 hour wait for a prescription as, well, it was sent at 1am , 17 hours later, which was under the 24hrs mentioned on their correspondence. I pointed out, again, to her that that the fact you might have to wait up to 24hrs is only disclosed AFTER you have paid for a so-called "quick" "easy" "fast" simple" access to GP from DrOnline.ie. (Quotes from their treatment page)
Zero star Update: Absolute joke of a service. Got a cheeky text saying scripts take from 2hrs to 24hrs to be approved so I sent them a screenshot from their own webpage that says "Quick Easy access" and "Fast reliable service" all in one three line text block. Nowhere does it say 24hr wait for script. Too late for me to fill script Saturday, and pharmacy closed Sundays. Waste. Of. Money. Raging!
Waiting hours and counting for a prescription that's a simple matter, not a controlled drug situation. Local pharmacy nominated will close shortly so i'll have the whole weekend unwell without the medication. Waste of money on a service not fit for purpose. So disappointing.

I required a GP consultation to get a prescription. It was on a Friday evening and I had no choice to get a local GP until the following Tuesday as Monday was public holiday, I found Dr Online searching in google, I booked a Video Consultation super easy, 15 minutes afterwards I was in a video call with the GP, I explained what I required, and after a few questions, I had my prescription in my local pharmacy. GP was professional and friendly. Very good service
