Easy appointment and detailed help--even when beyond their scope
I made a a video appointment to help me determine if I needed to go to the hospital for an injury. Booking was simple, and I was able to see someone within 15 minutes. When the doctor did inform me I needed to go to A&E, she explained several reasons why which was extremely appreciated.

The concierge service is responsive and very helpful, they recently went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful for their help with rescheduling my appointment. Extremely efficent service. Booking process is excellent and had a call with a Dr. within 10 minutes. Lots of appointment times were available and had my perscription within 30 minutes of having the call. Excellent service.

Good online doctor service
Doctor cancelled my first appointment 12 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start but it was rescheduled on the following day. The customer support was really responsive and helpful and the doctor wrote me a good referral letter promptly following my appointment.

Suffered with ADHD un medicated for years and after a consultation and an assessment with Dr Ursula she prescribed me Strattera which has significantly lowered my anxiety and allows me to focus better. I can live a good life now and would recommend anyone with ADHD or mental health disorders to get help from her.

Timely Service but couldn't get a cert.
Service was great I got an appointment straight away and the Doctor was very thorough asked lots of questions, I got a prescription sent to my local pharmacy, but the issue I had with the system was my sick certificate couldn't be issued even after verification of my email. Hence the 3 star rating.

Was in dire straights booked apt for following day and had to go to midoc that night myself as i was so ill, tried cancelling the apt and looked for a refund was told u need to give 48 hours notice for a refund how can you possibly do that when booking an appointment for the following day Scammers wont ever use service

We understand your frustration, particularly given that your condition worsened and you required urgent medical attention before your scheduled appointment.
However, we would like to clarify that our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in our Terms of Use, which were accepted at the time of booking. Under this policy, a full refund is only available when a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
As your appointment was booked for the following day, the consultation fell outside the refund eligibility period. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, a credit for future use was offered.
We appreciate your comments and are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Dr.Anum Sarwar was the lady Doctor that conducted my consultation and she was extremely thorough and listened as I was after having a previous bad encounter with another company online she went through everything with me and even gave me advice for OTC medicine that would help me with one of my problems but for the other I got my prescription very fast efficient service and will use again.

Double pay
Doctor was very nice, but it could not solve my issue as I needed to be checked physically. I was referred to go to my GP face to face. However money was taken. I understand you’re paying for their time but if they are in position that they can’t provide solution and tell you to go to GP, you should not be charged or at least not be charged fully. As it’s the same issue that you are dealing with within two days.
