Ready availability of appointments with qualified practitioners
It’s really hard to get an appointment with a GP in Ireland at the present time and pharmacists won’t prescribe for people over 65. However I was able to have a video call yesterday with a very helpful doctor within an hour of sending an email with my details. The required prescription was with my local chemist within minutes. €45 seemed a reasonable charge for the prompt service.

Great effective and efficient service
Great effective and efficient service. Reasonable priced.
The Gp kindly listened to my symptoms and gave good support and advised appropriate medication.
When you can't a GP appointment with your own doctor, and it's not a serious illness concern that requires an in person visit, it's a very good option.

Efficient, succinct and punctual service
The service is fantastic if you require straightforward treatment immediately, avoids seeking often unobtainable GP appointments and you don’t have to miss work/or children miss school. Punctual, succinct and efficient. Great be able to be prescribed something out of hours and collect it from pharmacy first thing the next morning.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Went online approx 9.20 pm last night. Booked appointment for 9.45. Had video call at 9.50. Doctor sent prescription to my chemist which I collected today. Doctor was very pleasant and understood the issue. Impossible to get an appointment with the gp so will definitely use this service again.

Warm, Professional and Very Reassuring Consultation for My 6-Year-Old
I had a really positive experience with the Child and Adolescent psychologist through DrOnline. The appointment was for my 6-year-old, and he immediately put her at ease by interacting with her in a warm, empathetic, and very age-appropriate way. She felt comfortable talking and engaging with him, which made a huge difference.
I also felt very comfortable speaking with him myself. During the hour, he was able to gather a lot of useful information through both observation and conversation, which helped him form an initial opinion and offer clear advice on how we should move forward.
Overall, I was very happy with the consultation and would absolutely recommend this service.

Extremely prompt service, very professional. 1st time using this kind of service but would highly recommend. Doctor was thorough with establishing my previous medical history and checked with regard to all allergies before issuing prescriptions. It was a late night call and prescription was available to collect from pharmacy first thing the next morning.
