Late doctors, customer service unreachable, disappointing service
The doctor scheduled for the appointment did not show up. Appointment was scheduled for 8 am in the morning, even at 9:30 am, the doctor had not showed up. I contacted Customer Service which say they open at 9 am, no response. I called Customer Service several times between 9 am to 10 am, the phone line kept responding that they were not opened even though they’re opening our estate 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Another Doctor eventually joined the call to attend to me at almost 10 am when I was about to close the link/browser page. The doctor Who originally was meant to attend at 8 am then rang my mobile at around 10.30–11 a.m. informing me that he is now available to assist me with my request. This is simply unprofessional from the service. Further, Customer Service contacted me at 4 pm, to assist me. Clearly, there’s no flow of communication between the team at this company. I’ve been using this service for a while now and I’ve had no issues before. This time, the service was dissatisfactory.

Poor service
They attended me on time and confirmed they would provide a certificate for 5 days sick leave. I never received the document and when i contacted them about it, they told me to check my spam folder.
i asked for my money back as i never recieved the certificate and i never got a response.

Efficient, succinct and punctual service
The service is fantastic if you require straightforward treatment immediately, avoids seeking often unobtainable GP appointments and you don’t have to miss work/or children miss school. Punctual, succinct and efficient. Great be able to be prescribed something out of hours and collect it from pharmacy first thing the next morning.

Super service but…
Super service. Only thing was when I booked my slot for 12.45pm I didn’t get a call from the doctor until 12.05pm.
