I booked an appointment to be called by phone. Didn't get the phone call and their online support said no one was available. They took my money and this is most likely a scam. The appointment now shows in history and I never got a call.
After this review, I was contacted and an compromise was reached. So I've increased my score.

I believe she was good at ruling out probems by narrowing down the problem she belived was right but with regards to taking my own pain reactions and opinions they were non existant she went off a checklist and after that checklist was done she only went her way and thats it
