Scam avoid
1 star because its not possible to leave 0 I was charged but had no consultation at any of the arranged times and only after I requested a refund a requested help from another doctor did I get a call
Currently to me this has all the hallmarks of a scam
I have reached out to request a refund and all correspondence then stopped well outside the 48hr window now for any response
As of 24 to 48hrs after posting this review I was contacted by them directly that they would look into the issue further
No resolved with a discount code and a request to update my review

The consultation with GP took just 2-3…
The consultation with GP took just 2-3 minutes . Not many questions from the GP regarding previous history or regarding symptoms . The consultation was quick but I wouldn’t regard it as being very thorough .

Have to be honest wasn't sure to expect, but when the local GP isn't usually available for 3/4 days and its a bank holiday weekend I said I'd give it a try
As I was up early, great to get an appointment straight away (7.30) and prescription already sent over before pharmacy even opens. Fantastic service, sign of the times, note to self, embrace technology....lol

Inappropriate antibiotic prescription
Unfortunately my experience was not positive. Firstly, my appointment was around 30-40min later than my scheduled time. Secondly I booked the appointment as I was coming down with bacterial tonsillitis and it was the weekend so I did not have access to my regular GP, I wanted to be quick and start antibiotics with the hope to prevent it getting worse. However, the antibiotic I was prescribed was not appropriate for a bacterial throat infection, my symptoms were getting worse even 48hrs after commencing treatment. I had to attend my regular GP who switched my antibiotics to the appropriate ones, but at this point the infection had gotten a lot worse.
It’s frustrating because the online appointment didn’t last more than 1min and cost 45 euro. In the end I had to pay further fees for my regular GP and additional antibiotics.
