I am 48 yrs old and felt like I was been spoken down too. I do not need a lecture on pain medication. I didn't even get to request everything that I wanted to or speak about what I wanted to ask. I was made to feel like I was some type of addict. Not sure i would ever use the service again

DO NOT USE. Took my money, canceled the appointment, and refusing to refund.
I wish I could give this service 0 stars. I booked an appointment, but the doctor never showed up for the consultation. The appointment was completely canceled from their end, yet it has been over a month now and they still have not refunded my money.
I have been following up with their support team every 2 days, and all I get are empty excuses and runarounds. They are completely taking advantage of customers and keeping money for services they failed to provide. This is an unethical, cheating business. Save your time and your money—go anywhere else.
