I was on to a very helpful Dr Anastasia as I had a bad infection on the side of my face & ear ..Anastasia had great patience with me and asked me to send photos as I couldn’t work the video link She had to get back to me a couple of times My fault but she persevered & had the prescription that we needed sent to my pharmacy..I though she was very professional

kidney infection
I spoke with the Doctor and he agreed all my symptoms pointed towards a kidney infection. He prescribed me Keflex - the prescription was for 5 tablets, twice daily. I had explained to the doctor I had the infection for a week. 5 tablets have been taken and the infection is still there. I don't know on what level this doctor thinks 2.5 days of tablets will clear up a kidney infection and it certainly hasn't worked. Now I am in a worse predicament and have to scramble to try and see my GP which is very difficult or go to Emergency. This is an extremely dangerous practice and I would warn people to be very careful when using this service as clearly it puts people like me in danger of a worsened condition and situation. AVOID THIS SERVICE - IT CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

The process of getting an appointment…
The process of getting an appointment was very straight forward and we were able to have the appointment within 10 minutes. The assessment was fast as well, we were able to ask all our questions and the doctor sent the prescription over to our pharmacy of choice. All went of without a hitch. I can only give it 4 stars as I don’t think an online doctors (video) appointment can or should replace an appointment in person, but as it was a Sunday and fairly urgent and our local weekend on call doctor is not good, this was a great thing to be able to avail of!

I called because I needed help, I was about to faint at home, I explained it to the doctor and she told me to go to my GP. Why does this service exist if it doesn't help at all and they are going to tell me to go to my GP and just rest. The worst service I have ever had in my life.
