My son had a toe infection that was…
My son had a toe infection that was ignored until I noticed that the toe was starting to get red. We got anxious to receive medication immediately and we got a video appointment in 15 minutes. That was very handy. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable and prescribed antibiotic. The prescription was with the farmacy in 15 minutes. Our GP is some distance away as we moved house recently, and it was a Saturday before a bank holiday, so it is super convenient and accessible.

Very handy. We contacted DrOnline following an appointment with a chartered physio. The physio had recommended a pain relief gel and we were able to speak to DrOnline. We explained the diagnosis and the need for a prescription. The online Dr concurred with the physio and issued the prescription to a pharmacy in our area. We were travelling later that day so a quick turn around was very important for us.

I’m so impressed 😃
It was really great, Dr. Ghada was so calm and very empathetically attentive to me and even when I reached out after I had a change to my address for referral, she was very quick to respond and made it clear for me. I really appreciate her help, especially on a day like Sunday when my doctor was out of office and I wasn’t in my area of residence so I was glad to access a doctor and got to St. Vincent’s Hospital for further treatment.

I filled in the form to request a call back . Got a phone call within 5 minutes talked thru my problem with Dr Anastasia and she recommended a course of Antibiotics. She sent prescription to my local chemist straight away. Within 45mins of making the first contact I had taken my first course of Antibiotics

The doctor gave me a prescription that…
The doctor gave me a prescription that wasn’t available at the pharmacy so I contacted customer service and there was so response for 2 hours and I needed the medicine immediately so I took another appointment and asked the doctor for the prescription available. I had to pay twice … the customer service told me that the pharmacy should’ve emailed us but I wasn’t aware of this .. please improve your customer service response time ! I didn’t even get my refund .
