I got an appointment straight away. Typically takes two weeks with my gp. The Dr spent longer talking through it with me than my GP has in any visit.

Excellent fast & efficient service, I had a phone consultation with doctor & my prescription was sent straight to pharmacy of my choice within minutes this was on bank holiday Monday I wouldn't have gotten an appointment with my gp until at least Friday.

My son had a toe infection that was…
My son had a toe infection that was ignored until I noticed that the toe was starting to get red. We got anxious to receive medication immediately and we got a video appointment in 15 minutes. That was very handy. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable and prescribed antibiotic. The prescription was with the farmacy in 15 minutes. Our GP is some distance away as we moved house recently, and it was a Saturday before a bank holiday, so it is super convenient and accessible.

It such a great and fast service…I book an appointment on a bank holiday Monday 30min later doctor rang me who was extremely nice after the call he than emailed me confirming which pharmacy to go to 20min later I had my prescription and I’m now on the mend. it was also a lot cheaper than my regular doctor. I am extremely grateful and couldn’t recommend them enough
