Fantastic service
When unable to get a GP appointment I went and spoke with pharmacist. They did an assessment but said I needed a doctor consultation as soon as possible. They suggested this service. Withing 15 mins I was speaking to a doctor, they assessed my wound and prescribed meds straight way. They were emailed to pharmacy immediately. From speaking to pharmacist to filling prescription it was about 30 minutes. Fabulous service. I will use again as it is very hard to get a GP appointment within 48hrs of request.v

Great experience, quick and convenient
Great experience. I was able to get an appointment really quickly on the day which was great because I was not well enough to travel to my own GP. The doctor was able to prescribe me what I needed and I also got a sick note for work for an additional 10 euro.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful service. Paid for a treatment that was approved by doctors. When I went to pharmacy, it was inappropriate due to pregnancy. Tried to encourage me to use over the counter treatment that I’d previously used. I didn’t pay for the dr online, just to get something I could just pick up in the pharmacy. I contacted via email to complain about the service and request a refund and got no response. Eventually got through on WhatsApp and left going around in circles. Waste of time and money - very poor service.
Updating - 5th of June.
I responded to your comment that day but still nothing has happened and no member of staff has got in contact with me.
I first requested a refund on the 19th of May and was told that day that “ My request had been submitted and is being reviewed”. On the 26th of May, I was told it could take up to 1-2 weeks. Yesterday, I contacted them again to be told I would receive a phone call today and still nothing one has contacted me.
This issue has been ongoing for 15 days without anyone contacting me. Very poor customer service experience and very frustrating to continue be chasing this up.
