Had to pay in advance/no refund (no service)
Had to pay in advance, thats fine, except they wouldn't refund me after I realised they are unable for some reason to give me sick notice for the previous 3 days (only present and future days).
Nobody is contacting this service for anything other than sick leave notice.
Avoid this webpage, later on I found a page that charged almost half, with no issues and no phone call needed!

The doctor rang at exactly 8.30am and was very efficient. Within minutes I had my consultation and a prescription sent to my local pharmacist. I also recieved a medical cert as part of the service.

My first appointment and the last with Dr. Ghada Saad Shakir was a big disappointment due to the lack of professionalism and empathy. She insisted to make a videocall, well knowing that my camera wasn't working and I had requested a regular phone call in advance. I paid 49€ for an appointment trough text messages and she never gave me the option to provide me with a sick certificate. I should be getting my money back because I didn't get a proper service from this " doctor"

We sincerely apologise that you felt the consultation lacked the professionalism and empathy you expected.
After reviewing your case with the doctor, we were informed that you were experiencing a technical issue during the consultation. The doctor nevertheless provided the consultation for approximately 15 minutes and did her best to assist you. As the telephone number provided was not an Irish number, the doctor was unable to establish a telephone connection with you.
Unfortunately, the doctor had to conclude the consultation as it was overlapping with her next scheduled appointment. However, she did complete the consultation and sent the prescription to the pharmacy you had selected.
Nevertheless, we understand your concerns and recognise that this was not the level of service we aim to provide. One of our Customer Service agents will contact you directly to review the situation and assist you further.
