What I liked:
Availability: being able to book a call with a doctor at any time was super convenient.
Excellent Customer Support: the response time from the support team was fantastic, and they solved my issue very quickly.
What I didn't like:
Incomplete Treatment Plan, I was only prescribed antibiotics, which weren't enough on their own. I had to manage my symptoms myself with paracetamol and other over the counter medicine.
Prescription Mishap: The doctor forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy after our call. Thankfully, customer service stepped in and sorted it out right away, but it was still an extra hassle when I wasn't feeling well.
Lack of Holistic Care: The doctor didn't check if I was actually fit to work. I felt terrible and had to drag myself through the week until I eventually took Friday off just to avoid the hassle of needing a sick note.
If you asked me whether I’d book again, I'm honestly not sure. Great customer service, but the medical care itself felt a bit rushed and incomplete.

We have reviewed your concerns with the doctor. The antibiotic prescribed was based on the symptoms you presented during your consultation. We understand that recovery times can vary, and we are sorry if the expected timeframe and options for managing your symptoms while the medication took effect were not explained clearly enough.
Regarding the prescription, the doctor confirmed that it was unfortunately not sent immediately after your consultation due to an oversight. Once this was brought to our attention, it was sent directly to your pharmacy without further delay. We sincerely apologise for the additional inconvenience this caused.
We also understand your concerns regarding the sick certificate. The doctor has confirmed that, where clinically appropriate, a sick certificate can be issued when a patient is unwell and unable to work. We are sorry that you felt you had to manage this situation on your own and that this was not addressed during your consultation.
We are pleased that our Customer Service team was able to respond promptly and resolve the prescription issue. We appreciate your feedback regarding both the medical consultation and the support you received, as it helps us identify where we can improve.

Disrespectful communication
My video consultation lasted approximately 4–5 minutes and ended before I had the opportunity to ask all of my questions.
It was new booked consultation with same doctor and paid €55.
After the consultation, I sent a message to clarify my request because I was worried I may not have mentioned the name of the new pharmacy for the prescriptions, and I did not have enough time during the consultation to fully explain what I needed. I therefore sent a written explanation to avoid any misunderstanding.
The response I received was:
“I confirm Again if you failed to understand I already sent the prescription for the both. I don’t see there is any confusion now.”
I found this response dismissive and disrespectful.
On the day of the consultation, I was unwell and had a temperature. Even if there had been a misunderstanding on my part, I do not believe it is appropriate to be spoken to in this way.
I would appreciate more time during consultations to discuss my concerns and clearer, more respectful communication in future.
