Quick & Handy but poor follow-up
Extremely quick service (booked an hour in advance) & prescription sent directly to local pharmacy which was handy. I had a question about the prescription though and didn't get a response so still unsure about it.

I told him my throat hurt and that I had pus, and he immediately prescribed antibiotics, but he hasn’t given me anything for the inflammation or the fever, and that doesn’t go down with antibiotics alone.

Almost felt like a scam
Almost felt like a scam. Scheduled video consultation, the sound wasn't working, the doctor got online for 3 minutes and then dropped (!) and they charged 55 euro. They didn't refund.

I didn’t get any answers I was looking…
I didn’t get any answers I was looking for to get for my baby. Video with a female doctor was dark, screen frozen at times, she was clearly unwell and She kept snorting loud to clear her nose, I felt so uncomfortable to see this unprofessional behaviour. The call was less than a five minutes, very disappointed with this particular individual.

This is a quick and effective service. It’s a great resource when you do not have a GP or are unable to access an appointment.
