Disappointing and clinically concerning experience
I had an appointment today that fell far short of professional standards. The experience began with a poor IT connection; rather than troubleshooting, the doctor abruptly said "I’ll call you" and hung up.
When he did call, I found his manner to be dismissive and entirely lacking in empathy or basic people skills. Most concerningly, the appointment lasted only 3 minutes and 23 seconds. During this brief window, I was prescribed strong painkillers despite never stating I was in pain, and without the doctor asking a single question regarding my pain levels. As an NHS professional, I am well aware of the workload constraints in healthcare, but this does not excuse a lack of basic clinical due diligence. I cannot recommend this service.

We are also sorry that the consultation felt rushed and that you were left feeling unheard. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our clinical team for review.
After checking with the doctor, we can confirm that your symptoms were discussed, a diagnosis was made, and appropriate treatment was provided. We would also like to clarify that no strong pain medication was prescribed during this consultation.

Booked an appt for 15.15 and waited an…
Booked an appt for 15.15 and waited an hour on the call. When I did receive a call the Dr. rushed through it, didnt offer any advice. I used the online Dr. because my GP is booked up for the next 2 weeks. I was told to take painkillers until I got a GP appointment.
So I paid 45 euro for a 3 min phonecall plus the cost of the prescription and now I've to pay another 70 euro to be seen by my GP.

The best Physician Dr Tiaggo
Dr. Tiaggo helped me a lot with my diabetic neuropathy. He listened carefully, explained everything in a simple way, and gave me the right treatment. I feel much better now thanks to him.
Dr Online is a very good and professional platform for getting help with any kind of medical problem. I highly recommend it.

Extremely rushed
Extremely rushed, no real help.
I looked for online options as my GP was busy today and needed something sorted ASAP. I struggle with mental health issues and have been out of work for a while and needed a certificate and some other possible aid to help me receive a benefit in work.
Dr Farah Kamal rang me for under one minute and spoke over me most of the time. I tried to explain my issues and I was simply told 'I cannot write anything but mental health issues on the cert'. She didn't even let me explain what I needed or offer any other help for my situation. There was zero empathy the whole call and I cannot believe they charge 45euro for this type of behaviour. Will never use this company again
EDIT: they are now ignoring my emails requesting for a refund. I have also noticed that my sick cert has only been issued for 5 days when the doctor on the phone said she can only give me maximum a week. I requested the week. I will be calling them until this problem is solved and my refund arrives.

Very unprofessional experience
Booked a video consultation, the doctor was 20 minutes late. Then proceeds to tell me they 'don't deal with that'? (was NOT asking for any controlled substances or anything considered more serious- just something a regular GP can prescribe- as i've had many times from in person and ONLINE doctors) and that i will be rescheduled. They proceeded to ignore my emails, texts and calls, even though i paid. I asked for a refund and they called me by the wrong name (super unprofessional- GDPR?), and then proceeded to tell me to they need to 'review' my refund.
So to summarise, I booked a service, paid for it and it was not provided. There is yet to be an apology, OR refund. Of course I am disputing the charge with my bank but AVOID if you don't want the headache.
Update 05 Dec 25 - I gave them my details immediately and still no response 2 days later. No excuse.
Last update 08 Dec 25 - still no refund after asking 8 times. I received an email asking if I want a psychiatric appointment instead (??). I’m at a loss for words at this point.
