ADHD assessment experience
I had my ADHD assessment with Dr Slawomir back in june. Firstly, it was such a simple system. Easy to book online, zoom calls too so no travel involved.
The experience didn’t feel overly formal which I loved, it made the experience more comfortable and exciting rather than intimidating. Dr Slawomir was very outgoing and chatty and funny, explained things to me in a way that was easier for me to understand, he was very thorough which was great, it really helped me to understand myself. He gave me tips for dealing with my diagnosis and was very open to whatever support or route I wanted to take going forward. He was very quick to send me my results afterwards too. I had my appointment with Dr Ursula recently and she was also very thorough and not overly serious, very chatty and really wanted to know about myself and my experiences with my diagnosis, which again helped me feel a lot more comfortable. Psychiatrist appointments worried me as I thought they’d be very formal and to the point, but Dr Ursula did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this team enough, they’ve been amazing and i look forward to continuing my treatment with Dr Ursula in the future. I had my prescription ready the day of my appointment, so very quick service. I haven’t had to wait a long time for appointments either, i’ve had to wait no longer than a week and a half from the date of booking.
Concierge are also very quick to reply. Only issue I had was with requesting receipts, but we managed to get it sorted with ease.
The prices are quite steep for these appointments, but it is extremely worth while when it’s between an immediate appointment or sitting on a waiting list for years. If you can afford it, i cannot reccomend this team enough!

Quick access to thorough medical care. What’s not to like! Regular GPs in our area it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment yet I was able to make a phone appointment within 10 mins on going on dr online website. Highly recommend

Excellent remote alternative
Technology was excellent the patient is 96 and unable to travel to Doctors surgery so video call was a great alternative. Doctor extremely supportive of patient, quick diagnosis and prescription sent to our own Pharmacy. Patient had immediate response to medication and is on the mend

Only use as a last resort
Very slow to respond to online chat. Really frustrating to communicate with, simply ignoring your texts for inordinate and lengthy periods. I would avoid if possible. I see I had the same negative experience this time last year also. If it was a normal doctor they would give me my money back. I've sent several emails with pictures of the conversation and lack of response attached dated 31/12/25 and 1/1/26. Response awaited by email.

Do not use Dr.Online!!!!
I strongly advise not using Dr.Online!!! I contacted them last Saturday morning and received an email within minutes saying I would receive an email once my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. It is now 53 hours later so I had to use another doctor. I have emailed and phoned them to ask for a refund and I am still waiting on a response to this. If you are unwell do not use this service!!!!!

Very unprofessional experience
Booked a video consultation, the doctor was 20 minutes late. Then proceeds to tell me they 'don't deal with that'? (was NOT asking for any controlled substances or anything considered more serious- just something a regular GP can prescribe- as i've had many times from in person and ONLINE doctors) and that i will be rescheduled. They proceeded to ignore my emails, texts and calls, even though i paid. I asked for a refund and they called me by the wrong name (super unprofessional- GDPR?), and then proceeded to tell me to they need to 'review' my refund.
So to summarise, I booked a service, paid for it and it was not provided. There is yet to be an apology, OR refund. Of course I am disputing the charge with my bank but AVOID if you don't want the headache.
Update 05 Dec 25 - I gave them my details immediately and still no response 2 days later. No excuse.
Last update 08 Dec 25 - still no refund after asking 8 times. I received an email asking if I want a psychiatric appointment instead (??). I’m at a loss for words at this point.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Applied for a prescription to be done up for me but had a few questions. I messaged on whatsapp and got a response a few hours later - not answering any of my questions but saying a prescription will be ready in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days later and still nothing even though I have sent a few more texts I am getting completely ignored. Complete waste of money would not recommend.

Great service
Easy to book, booked a time and gave a brief description of symptoms on online booking. Dr phoned me back at the allotted time and assessed me. Prescribed antibiotics and my pharmacy had the prescription within 5 minutes. Fantastic service, I would have had to wait a week to see my own GP.
