DOMINO'S ON CUMBERLAND AVE.....Here it is 30 days and still no refund from the Domino's on Cumberland. The manager Gabe refuses to put back in my account that paid for the pizza to begin with . He has ignored my calls and acts like he's done nothing wrong They are in violation of four Consumer protection laws, not to mention has violated the laws of OSHA and health dept by serving hour in half old food . The managers have displayed some the worst behavior and treatment to me such as lied, manipulated, mocked, cussed and made Promise they never intended to keep I have txt messages that prove everything. I have consumer affairs now meditating for me, once that is complete and they don't comply with the refund, we will go to court. I will not stop fighting this, nor will I back down. I was simply trying to feed my grandchildren, and all this just because of that, and the managers lying and manipulating the whole situation. Managers, Gabe, Tyler, Rob, Cocoa, and the lady I'll have to look up her name, but they are the most rudest, uncaring people I've ever come across within a business. The behaviors that have been displayed are so unprofessional, and the dishonesty is major key like how are these people even allowed to manage anything? No honesty, no integrity, and no work ethic. Do not trust the Domino's on Cumberland and sure don't trust their food. I've been told to contact OSHA once the consumer affairs investigation is done, and show them the videos and picture of the food . Hour and half old, and they served to us anyway then promise refund they never even issued after saying they did The manager Tyler txt me and told me they never issued it to begin with They have violated four of consumer protection laws which is my win in this case. Not to mention the treatment I received from each one of them. But all that recorded as well. Will keep you updated. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINO'S ON CUMBERLAND.

We ordered halal/ no bacon...
In the order i specifically wrote word for word "PLEASE NO BACON. We eat halal, so please no bacon."
We received a pizza with burnt cheese on top, a cardboard dry and burnt crust (usable for just handiwork around the house.. need a screw driver with the flat head, I am sure you could use the edge if this pizza (not the crust, but the cut edge).
And then it was late an extra half hour.
But worst of all.. the restaurant either doesnt care about checking for preferences or allergies, because sprinkled all over the pizza was big pieces of bacon slabs.
Celebration late evening turned to no food for dinner tonight.
The tragic thing for Domino's as a brand is that this restaurant in Hyllie is by all intents and purposes pissing on the brand.
Never again. We got the money back from the order through Foodora as they could see through the pictures we sent, that we did not get a good enough pizza.
Read that again... we did not get a good enough pizza... it was quickly acknowledged by Foodora. And a full refund given. That is not just sad. That should be a really big hint for Domino's as a brand to close this restaurant or start hiring people who ACTUALLY care about the food and customer satisfaction.
Everything we saw today was a giant middle finger to us as customers.

I just ordered Domino's and my favorite part of getting Domino's is my breadsticks they have no oil no parmesan very dry and hard my chicken wings barely have any sauce on it my boyfriend's sandwich was cold I usually give these guys a good review but today it was just not good they get a half a star from me this was from Domino's in Benton harbor Michigan
Their ordering process sucks.
I have two free pizzas because of mistakes they have made.
I can't have the free pizza delivered because I don't meet the minimum ($15.00) order amount.
If I add the "free pizza" to my cart first and then add other items, I am now paying full price for the "free pizza." So I now have to delete the so called "free pizza", wait 2-5 minutes while their site thinks about this, click on my rewards, wait 1-3 minutes for this to load, add the "free pizza" back to my cart, wait 1-3 minutes for the message "done with this coupon" 2-5 minutes (after I click yes, I am done with the coupon) until it shows up in my cart.
I click on check out 3-10 minutes while this process. "Add item now pops up. I click no. 3-10 minutes while this process. (I left out the option to add bread sticks - 2-minutes for this.)
Now I have click on delivery address (I have eight of them. I can't delete any of them. They all have additional instructions with them, but if I dare click on one of the ... 3-10 minutes and I am back at the cart, and repeat the whole process again.)
So now I have to manually add the delivery instructions again.
I add the payment information. I click on submit order.
There is a 50/50 chance that my order will process, the site will get stuck and do nothing for 30+ minutes (if I do nothing), or the screen will time out.
I have to refresh the screen ... twice, and then click on orders and low and behold my order was processed(90+% of the time) (even though the order is still in the cart. I think they are hoping that I will resubmit the order so I they can make more money.)
Total time to order ... 15-30 minutes. I can order pizzas from Papa John's or Pizza Hut in 6-10 minutes.
If I order several items and apply a 15% coupon off on my order, saving under $4.00, then I can no longer add a "Free Pizza" because of their mistake(s). In my opinion, the are very GREEDY.
I have talked with their customer service about these problems (over a year ago) and IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. They don't care.
I, as a valuable customer, was offered a 50% off deal. The catch? I had to use a new payment option that wanted to charge me $3.00 to use. Obviously, I wasn't a valuable customer. I believe (and I can't prove this) but they would get some kind of kick back from the new payment method (again, this is my opinion, but it does fit with my view of how GREEDY they are.
The pizza is great
The pizza is great, ordered the spizy one with salami and Italian crust (never understood the American pan style pizzas) for take away. Also appreciate the 50% discounts on Tuesdays. Can't give a 5, that would have to be a nice restaurant and such, but I felt that I have to rank this one up, the 1 ratings are just silly in my view.

I have visited your restaurants multiple times, hoping for a quality pizza experience akin to what is offered in the USA. However, I have found the quality to be far below expectations. As one of the few American pizza chains in Sweden, Domino’s has an opportunity to provide authentic American-style pizza, yet it fails completely.
Domino’s was founded in 1960 in Michigan, USA, and has since grown into a global brand recognized for its distinctive American-style pizzas. The very name Domino’s represents a product that originated in the United States—yet what is served in Sweden does not reflect that heritage in the slightest.
The last time I had a pizza in Malmö, I ended up throwing half of it away. I was excited to finally get an American pizza, but that excitement was crushed on the very first bite. Instead of enjoying my meal, I found myself enjoying my soda more than the pizza itself—which says everything about the experience.
At this point, I simply do not eat pizza in Sweden. There is no point when the standard is a thin, disappointing Vesuvio with strips of ham instead of a proper, American-style pepperoni pizza. I'm sure you would find my reasoning more than fair if you compared a real American pepperoni pizza to what is served here.
I won’t go into every reason why the quality is lacking, but the biggest question is: Why can’t you make a simple American pizza?
The lack of proper pepperoni, the inferior quality of ingredients, and the overall execution make it clear that Domino’s Sweden is not delivering the product people expect from this brand. I understand that importing meat from the USA is not an option due to restrictions, but the EU is large—there is no excuse for not sourcing high-quality pepperoni from one of many European suppliers. If smaller, local pizzerias can do better, why can’t a global franchise?
I hope you also realize that if you successfully deliver an authentic American pizza, Domino’s could be the place to introduce more American-styled dishes to Sweden. Many people would be thrilled to finally have access to quality American pizza and other iconic foods that reflect the true American culinary experience.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues. If there are any plans to improve the quality of your ingredients and menu, I would appreciate a response outlining what steps (if any) are being taken.

The smallest "large" pizza in the world :)

The greatest disappointment is however the size!
Domino's "large" pizza is of the size of a regular one. From anywhere! Even from ICA! :o
Extremely overpriced!
Can't even imagine what a medium or small size is at Domino's...

I ordered pizza and drinks at 18.06 and now at 19.54 it is still not delivered yet the app claims it was delivered 20 minutes ago.
I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but unable to get through. When we finally got through they just quickly claimed the order is in its way without even asking for the ordernumber or address.
This is disgusting service and definitely the last time we order from here.

Super bad customer service
We had ordered a 2 medium pizza family deal and this is our experience:
1. The person forgot to add family deal, we paid full price. Then the front desk guy asked us to send an email to the customer care to get the extra payment back.
2. He took the wrong order. We also didn't realise it until we got the pizza. Then when we informed about wrong order, the person shouted at us mentioning that why didn't we check the receipt.
3. We asked the service person name, he was rude and mentioned, you don't need to know, just take the pizza and don't bother.
Do we expect such type of behaviour from pizza chain like dominos?
