I’m giving Dialectica 4 out of 5 stars overall, largely due to their exceptional team.
Their Agents & Support (5/5): The Dialectica agents and client service team are outstanding. They are helpful, responsive, professional, and a true pleasure to work with throughout the process.
The Survey Experience (1 Star Deducted): The reason for deducting one star comes down to the surveys designed by their end clients. Many of the surveys are poorly constructed or inaccurately designed for the subject matter, leading to unnecessary frustration during completion.
Overall, Dialectica’s team does a fantastic job on their end—if client survey design and accuracy improve, it would easily be a 5-star experience! Lastly, payment and support is prompt. Staff is extremely helpful.
