An absolute disgrace, two guys took 2 hours to put a battery on, told me starter motor on 2006 Rav 4 was fine. Left to go 1200km ended up at five petrol stations and overnight hotel 5 jump starts where garage in Normandy fitted new starter motor. Toyota told me I need a 75amp they put on a 65 which is not enough and they refused to change it. Incompetent

Booked car in for a service saint Maximin la sainte baume 83470, plus à repair to rear suspension part provided. Went back they said they didn’t want to do the repair which was a hour and half job their computer quoted 380e for , reason too difficult and five months later when opening bonnet to check oil I found they didn’t screw engine cover down and two bolts missing. They put on an u der rated battery 54ah as opposed to 60 which Toyota has said should be changed, they refused and told me my starter was ok, it wasn’t, 5 push starts every time needed petrol to get on holiday to Normandy where starter was changed. I do not advise you to use this garage, a nightmare and certainly not professional when you return they don’t want to help but refuse

While on holiday in Brittany we heard an ominous knocking from the underside of our Honda Jazz which sounded like something was about to fall off the exhaust system. Disastrous as we were heading out for a day of excursions. Pulled into DELKO and received an incredible welcome from their reception staff and without an appointment the car was up on the ramps for investigation. We were relieved when a smiling mechanic showed us a large tree branch that had been stuck under the car and knocking against the exhaust system. Happy faces all round and no charge. Toilet facilities and coffee provided also. Grateful thanks to all staff. Any British people in the area should not hesitate to use DELKO - BAUD.
