I had a wonderful experience refinancing my auto loan through DCU. I’ve been with DCU since 2013 and unfortunately had to go with another bank for a new vehicle when I moved out to Utah in 2024. Fantastic Customer Support - Way to go Allyson!
I have never had any unpleasant experience with anyone at DCU, whether it be in one of the branches or while calling the Customer Support, in my 20+ years of being a member at DCU. I had another great experience interacting with Allyson B (IC Member Service Sr Spec) when I called to enquire about a way to track a check that was sent a month+ ago by US Mail. Allyson was fantastic in not only patiently listening to my concerns and advising next steps, but she went one step ahead and suggested an alternate way (Bill Pay) to avoid a similar situation in the future. Great job Allyson. Keep up the good work. DCU is lucky to have you as a Member Service Specialist.
