Steven Mojica at the worcester branch was very helpful! He was even able to have my debit card labeled personal so that I could tell the difference between cards for my personal and joint accounts!

Great experience and excellent customer service

I truly appreciate Denise for making the process as fast/smooth/and judgmental- free as possible. Asking a bank to loan money, trust you, and see you as a good candidate takes a lot of guts and it can be a nerve wracking experience. But the entire team I had the pleasure to connect with could’ve not been kinder. Thank you.

I wish I remember her name, I was about to ask and call got disconnected, the Lady I spoke to is very sweet and explained it as if she was in my position and what to look at when I apply for a loan. very sweet lady, clear and caring.

Jennifer answered my call immediately and understood exactly what I needed to do. She also suggested that I start a new Advantage Savings account vs a Money Market account that I have left idle for several years at a very low interest rate. I was not aware that I could have more than 1 Advantage Savings accounts.

I was connected with Amir C, he was efficient and direct and was able to immediately be decisive to help me reach a resolution with what I was calling about. He was kind and helpful, and had all the skills necessary to help me with what was needed. Awesome service call.
