I came to the Nashua, NH branch on Amherst Street and I spoke Michael with two times in a row and he provided amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, and was extremely professional. Michael’s service was quick but at the same time exceptional. He helped me with multiple different requests and I appreciate the wonderful service!

They have helped me with my issues. Oceanne was amazing.

They are holding a sizable online deposit hostage for over a week. I understand it needs to be verified, but that can be done with a simple phone call and should not take that long. This is the latest in a string of mishaps and bad service. It used to be a good bank but it has gone downhill recently.

Spoke to Matt at DCU today on a loss of check. He was professional, friendly, patient and very helpful. He solved the problem I called about and walked me through the completion of an online form. Having my accounts in front of him he suggested how I might move some funds to a different savings account to earn more. It was a great suggestion and he helped me set it all up. I really appreciate everything he did for me today. - DG

Marie was great, but the other reps were absolutely below par in the standards of customer service! I was very disappointed with the way I was treated initially by the customer reps as I was passed around and never given any clear direction in terms of my application. I was told to just upload the same documents over and over again with the reps claiming “DCU is very meticulous, even though I have verified your document I need you to send me page 2” and page 2 was a blank document. And I was than told if I didn’t upload my job letter to which I did, that to just get it financed with your car dealership from whom you purchased from”. You can understand my frustration.

I have been a valued customer of DCU for almost 25 years. My financial goals have always been supported and i have always been treated as a person whose experience is valued.
