The customer service I got today resolved the issue as best as the representative could

The customer service I got today was great; I got help with my issue fairly quickly.

The only thing I found unnecessarily frustrating was the lack of fraud protection/detection beforehand.

If my card info can be hacked and repeated, identical, unfamiliar charges can be taken from my account so quickly; I'm lucking they only took $299 from me twice while I was at work yesterday.

I had come around 4:30pm and I was seen…

I had come around 4:30pm and I was seen by Amy, she made the whole experience so superior. Amy is courteous, kind, and extremely professional. Because of this experience I will be referring a lot of my friends and family to the Lowell DCU branch. Amy thank you for being wonderful.

Quick and efficient service

I was able to go over and complete everything needed for the auto loan in less than 30 mins. Dwayne was very helpful, understanding and patient for all my questions and clarifications. It is always very easy to work with DCU for any financial needs.

Exceptional Customer Service

Mary was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the conversation. She made me feel valued to be a DCU member. She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of all the resources available to me at DCU.

Mortgage loan issue

The staff was knowledgeable, he was able to explained and resolved all my issue in a timely manner. Additionally he offered product that would be better serve me in the future
