DACH is the agent for you

Luke was absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and incredibly approachable, always keeping us informed throughout the process. His communication was excellent and he was always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed an update.

What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared. Luke went above and beyond, was honest and transparent throughout, and always made us feel that our best interests were his priority.

The house selling process can be stressful, but having someone like Luke in your corner makes such a difference. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an estate agent.

We are so thankful that we were recommended Luke Strzadala for our house sale. Unlike many estate agents who are only interested in a quick sale, often to the detriment of a client, Luke always had our interests as a priority. He worked tirelessly to make the tricky sale process run as smoothly as possible and was worth every penny of his commission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DACH to any house seller.

Ultra Professional and Highly Recommended

Luke was responsive, understanding and extremely pro-active. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. There was always a voice-note after each viewing and his follow up with potential viewers was impressive. I felt he had a good insight into what prospective buyers really wanted, perhaps more than they did themselves. A clear eye for detail but also a personable manner, making it a pleasure to work with him. Going the extra mile? He went above and beyond with a 3 hour round trip to deliver some paperwork!
