Nice produkt, but far from perfekt
The product is esthetically nice, compact but roomy, and easy to use. It does have a bit of a problem with hard water leaving chalk stains as there is no built-in water softener. Managed to find some liquid dishwasher sope that worked. Secondly, it annoys me a bit that you are forced to buy the "rock’n’roll cassette" to do maintenance on Bob. Lastly, the product, unfortunately, arrived with a few visual damages, and the response time from customer support is very slow.

I've been holding off on writing this…
I've been holding off on writing this review because I wanted to make sure I got the full experience of using the product in mind.
The reason behind my review is a bit conflicting. Don't get me wrong. The product itself is excellent. It fits my needs as being the most compact machine on the market and suits my small apartment great. I run mostly the economy cycles where I make use of the Bob tablettes - and this programme gives me the best cleaning result. In my experience the shorter cycles leave a bit of leftover detergent in the machine and on the dishes. So overall the experience with the machine itself has been very positive.
However, this is where my praises end, unfortunately. The experience of purchasing and receiving my Bob has dragged it down a lot. First of all, after ordering I didn't receive emails with the status on the shipment, nor a tracking number, so when the package finally arrived I had no idea it was sitting at a nearby post office for pickup. I didn't have a tracking number so took me a while to figure out how to get my package home. My struggles didn't end there. When I finally opened the box the dish basket inside the Bob was broken due to bad packaging (heavy boxes of tablettes were placed on top with no protective packaging, being able to bounce around in transit, putting a lot of stress on the plastic, thus breaking it). Customer support were very helpful but it took weeks to get the spare part, and it was a bit of a hassle to remove the broken plastic which was sharp and difficult so a little hazardous to repair on my own. Would have been a nicer customer experience to send a new basket entirely. It took weeks before I could even use the product which could have been avoided with a little bubble wrap. Hopefully this is something Daan Tech will take to heart to ensure safer shipping.
I also have to say that the whole thing with the casettes - which you have to buy from Daan Tech to have the proper detergent and rinse aid just isn't very customer friendly. I would prefer if it was possible to refill my casette on my own - and I know that I can mail my casette back to Daan Tech for refills but this just isn't viable for me. So for potential customers reading this, I have to warn you that it can get very expensive to keep using the Bob.
Anyway, I hope Daan Tech will take this feedback to heart and thanks for making a great product.

As for bob cassette, you can also buy other dishwashing detergent or tablette at the store. We recommend you to use bob tablette because it is specially designed for bob but it is not mandatory.

Reason for not getting 5 stars is, that sometimes the cutlery is not clean after a wash.

It took 15 days for the dishwasher to…
It took 15 days for the dishwasher to cone and it was missing the filters. Even tough the client service was good another week passed until we finally got the filters and could use the device.

Bob works fine, but the website is often down
Bob works fine (3 washes so far), but the website seems to be down a lot, which makes you unable to use it
EDIT: Bob works 4 out of 15 days, due to website issues, which is very unsatisfying. We strongly consider returning this product
