Needed pro gear. Had it in stock, delivered it fast. never looked back. Simple and refreshing in a world full of noise.

Amazing value and service

Needed a rear Sony lens cap, but even copies are expensive. Found a GENUINE Sony one on CVP which was cheaper than most of the copies and with FREE SHIPPING. 2 days later, and its on my lens. I don't know how they can do this for the price and cannot fault the service and product from start to finish

1st class communications

There was a slight stock issue with my order, but CVP kept me updated every step of the way. In the end, it only delayed things by a day or two. Great communication is so important when buying online, and CVP absolutely nailed it. Ten out of ten.

Waste of time

Sadly, a waste of time.
The real availability of the stock, doesn’t seem to map well on the displayed stock status.
From two of my separate, last purchases: one was very late, and another… supposedly discontinued and possible for „special order” with several months waiting list (even though it showed availability in under 7 days on their website, and even though I’ve asked a few other vendors, and none had any trouble sourcing the product right away, nor confirmed that it’s getting discontinued - including the manufacturer).

EDIT, REPLY TO THE REPLY:

I was informed by the shop, that the product was discontinued.
If it were the case, I wouldn’t even react understand.
But meanwhile, I’ve contacted the manufacturer directly, and several other vendors, which confirmed that the product wasn’t discontinued, and it was available on hand.
CVP gave me a few-months-long estimate for the delivery of something they’ve advertised as cca 7 days delivery.

Also, it’s not first similar problem with my order.

In this instance, we were only informed by our supplier on 7th July that the products had been discontinued, and we contacted you as soon as we received that confirmation. Unfortunately, until then, we had no indication that the items would no longer be available.

We appreciate that this was disappointing, given that this was advertised as a 7 working day lead time. We are working with our suppliers to ensure our stock and lead time information is as accurate and up to date as possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

CVP auction badly handled.

CVP auction, badly handled. After initially winning an item, they restarted the auction 'due to an error" Only found this out once another bid had been made.

Then again, when I was the highest bidder, and the aution ened i only got an outbid notification at 10:18 am.

Understand it's not totally in their control, but they should've honoured the first auction ending time, as I experienced zero issues and had been bidding fairly at the time of the first auction ending.
