Great responsiveness from Cupshe customer service. Offered perfect solutions. This is my second summer buying new suits from Cupshe, Good quality and cute looks.
Wish there were more options for buying separates and more swimsuits without the deep plunges. I prefer more modest tops, not so revealing because I am a bit more top heavy. I like the square neckline better and the suits/tops with the built in support. Otherwise great company!

You guys have the best customer service. The bathing suit I bought was a bit big. And it was easy to exchange and it was made right instantly. I made two more orders after the first because of this! Also always very happy with the quality.

After a delivery snafu
After a delivery snafu, I was credited 50% for my purchases. I then promptly received my original purchase, and although one of my purchases had sold out in my size I was advised that I would receive an email when my correct size was available. Good job.CUPSHE!

Product is good however customer support is very poor.
I unsubscribed from emails over a week ago, spoke to real person a day later, have had no less than 8 emails about this matter. I have been assured it’s resolved yet I received 7 email ads today.
Definition of incompetent or insanity?

After several emails and apologies and promises that this is handled, I am still getting marketing emails.
AI has its place but not in customer service resolutions.
