Give up online trading maby theyre not set up for it purchased an item on their website only to find they didnt have it had to wait a week just for them to get it another 3 days for me to get it only to find its the wrong size then had to wait 6 days for a return bag now i have to wait untill they recieve the wrong one before they actually send the right one they told me they sent a fella off to the warehouse to get the right one hes not back yet

My colleague acknowledged our error and arranged for a prepaid return envelope to be sent out the same day. At that time, we were also awaiting the correct mattress protector to arrive from another warehouse before dispatching it to you.
We understand your frustration with the delays and the inconvenience caused by receiving the incorrect size. Since then, we have received the returned mattress protector and, as requested, have processed your refund.

A disappointment; perhaps even a waste of money
The bed frame itself is solidly built, easy to assemble and looks great. HOWEVER. We unwrapped and assembled the bed frame over a week ago, and the bed still smells from having been wrapped in plastic for who knows how long. VOCs; off-gassing...unfortunately we still cannot sleep in that room because of the odors. We would have returned the product, but we don't have the resources or the means to get it all the way back to Killarney. Lastly, with regards to delivery - we were told that a driver would contact us about which day the product would be delivered (so that we could be there!) Instead, the driver showed up at our address on a day that we were out of town and said that he was leaving all boxes in front of our house. Overall, even though the ordering process was easy enough, this may end up as a complete waste of money.

We would, however, like to clarify the timeline regarding your order. Your order was placed on 16th May, and on 17th May we contacted you to advise that we were awaiting stock and that the expected delivery timeframe would be mid-July.
Your order was subsequently delivered on 6th July, which was actually slightly earlier than the estimated timeframe provided.
We completely understand that waiting for an item can be frustrating, particularly when you are looking forward to receiving your new furniture. However, we do always try to be as transparent as possible regarding expected lead times when an item is awaiting stock.
We appreciate your custom and hope you are very happy with your purchase.

Order was fine
Order was fine. Delivery was fine. The wooden box had mould on the inside and even once we cleaned it, it still smells. We are hoping the smell will go away.

I had a very poor experience with the…
I had a very poor experience with the delivery of this furniture. There was only one guy who arrived with the delivery and the expectation was he needed help to carry the heavy furniture inside my house.

Worst service ever spent nearly 20k to return a item wanted a restocking fee ,would not take back a item still in box ordered in error . Will never buy again from them.

We'd like to clarify that no restocking fee was charged when you returned your chest of drawers and nest of tables. Although a restocking fee can apply under our returns policy, this was waived as a gesture of goodwill.
Your later request to return another item was made approximately six months after purchase. Unfortunately, this is well outside our published returns period, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, so we were unable to accept the return.
We always aim to be fair and consistent in applying our policies to all customers, and we're sorry we couldn't accommodate your request on this occasion. We appreciate your previous custom and wish you all the best.
