The lady that fit my son’s shoes Gaby B was super helpful. She took all the stress out of finding school shoes for him.
He picked a particular style and she brought some others out (that me and Dad preferred) and once he tried them on, he also like them too.
She was very professional and an asset to this branch.

Great service from Jack in the Yeovil store. We were buying first shoes for our grandson and Jack was very patient and helpful.

I visited the store on the 21st August to purchase my sons back to school shoes. Dinesh served me and I would like to say what a pleasant, lovely professional and friendly young man he was. He ordered my sons shoes into store which I collected on Sunday 30th August. I was served by Mo and Benz who again were both lovely, pleasant professional & friendly, You have an amazing team of workers they made my shopping experience a very happy one.. Went to get a nothing but a bag but they didn't have anything that suited me. But Kealeb the staff working with me. managed to make me feel like i didn't come for no reason. He gave me great alternatives even though i didn't like them and listened to my day and managed to get me to buy a shoe clean kit that i needed from working after i dirtied my shoes. Great experience and great shop

I usually dread shoe shopping for my boys, but Amelia made the whole experience so positive. She was incredibly helpful, patient and fantastic with all three of our boys. She went the extra mile with our eldest, who has autism and doesn’t like having his feet touched, and handled everything with such kindness and understanding.

Thank you so much, Amelia! Your kindness, patience and fantastic customer service really didn’t go unnoticed. You made what can usually be a stressful experience so much easier for us. ❤️

We went to the Clarks shop in Carmarthen to get my son fitted and get new school shoes. The young girl was so helpful and very patient with my son when measuring his feet and helping us pick the right shoes for him. She was able to help us add on the right products to get ready for the inevitable scuffs that will come in time. All in all the process was quick and friendly. Very happy and we will be coming back.

I’ve been to Clarks in Cambridge this week and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to their team, especially to Maisie, the girl that helped my daughter find the perfect school shoes. She was so patient, kind and thoughtful and transformed this simple selling in a nice experience.

Visited Queensgate Clarks today. The service by Alex was beyond excellent . Alex was highly approachable and was happy to go again and again to get what we actually wanted. So satisfied with the incredible service although it was super busy today.

The Clarks in Grimsby was absolutely amazing! Specifically Millie who works there. When I went there she was such a friendly woman who made sure we had great service and perfect shoes! 5/5 will come again!

The store manager in clarks Staines Q is very professional and very helpful and he does his job with a pleasant smile on his face. You need more staff like him.

We visited Clarks shoes Royal Avenue Belfast on 26th August 2026 to buy black school shoes . We were assisted by a young staff member,Jorja,who was very friendly, very helpful and very professional. She had a very nice way with our little 8 year old granddaughter and was very patient with her . We bought a beautiful pair of black shoes . Our little granddaughter wants to say to Jorja that she loves her new school shoes, her friends in her neighbourhood loves them ( she brought them out show everyone) and she is looking forward to wearing them back to school on Tuesday. I visited the Ealing Centre branch to buy my daughter a pair of school shoes and the customer service I received from Henry was extremely good. He was helpful, patient and polite. He didn't push me to buy a shoe size that was available in the store. He was honest and I appreciated that.
