I’d like to give a special mention to Jake in the Peterborough Queensgate store, who helped me in the shop today. He was still in training but was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely polite, thorough and knowledgeable, and clearly really knew his stuff. He took the time to make sure everything was right and was genuinely excellent at his job. He’s a real credit to the shop, especially for someone still in training. Because of Jake we purchased 2 pairs of shoes today. Thank you, Jake!

Served by lovely young lad called Ary/Ari. Super efficient, he was so kind and polite with my little girl. Also sold me some shoes care i didnt know about. Amazing experience at Trafford

Visited Clark’s at Selly Oak for school shoes for my son and daughter. We had a very friendly and helpful young man named Rashid providing support. Excellent customer service as usual! And the ticketing service worked well.

I visited the Cheshire Oaks branch today to get my little boy measured up for some school shoes.

He is profoundly autistic and this is never an easy trip for us as a family as he gets so upset with any loud noise and as you can imagine a week before school starts it was hectic.

The staff as soon as we walked in greeted us warmly and upon explaining my son's difficulties we were taken straight to a quieter area, he was still struggling so the lovely young lady took us outside to measure him there where he was more comfortable, he didn't make her job easy at all but she was so understanding and compassionate.

We finally picked some lovely shoes and when I went to pay we were told to wait outside and someone would come and take payment outside which was another wonderful member of staff, a young man, I wish I'd asked for their names because they are an absolute credit to the company.

So many people don't understand or try to understand just how much autism can effect something as simple as coming to buy school shoes but the staff went above and beyond, I can't thank you all enough, you made a stressful trip easy and full of compassion.

I was helped today by a really lovely lady called Farhana. Best service ever, she helped me to get the right shoe for my daughter and had so much patience.

Gery was brilliant

Sophie at West Bromwich new square did an amazing job looking after my son for his school shoes. She was understanding and patient.

Very structured, walk in get measured then a team member assists with the shoes you ask for, even with big ques the structure kept it flowing, we were then greeted by a Clark’s representative called Sam, who handled our shopping experience like it was at Harrods.
Excellent service!

Went to the Lowestoft store, served by Trinity; she was fantastic with my 7year old. Spoke to him at his level and made the whole buying new school shoes fun for him. He loved talking about sharks and dinosaurs!!

Shop and staff were well organised. We were greeted and helped through the process with competence at every stage. Given how bewildering the experience can be with three kids, I felt really well looked after. Our server Lily did a great job listening to the kids' feedback about the shoes and helped us with patience and good humour. Great stuff!

Sophie was great and was very helpful today.

Terrible customer service and staff @ Clarks in Whiteley Hampshire

We went in just now and were told to wait with a ticket, then to be told after waiting for a long time that they had run out of pop socks and couldn’t measure my child’s feet. The assistant suggested I buy some socks!
When I complained and said it’s your busiest time to the Asian lady behind the counter, she was very rude to me and told me I should have brought socks with me. But nobody made this known upon arrival!

Won’t be going back!

We have just been served by Lilly at the Trafford Centre store who was so helpful and kind. She really took the time to make sure we were happy and made the whole process seamless. Really happy with our purchases.

I wasn't hopeful we were getting my daughter her school shoes today, as for autumn/ winter she likes boots or shoes to keep her feet dry and the Clark's selection is limited when you want dry feet. On the shelf were just 2 options. Then along came Martha who listened to my daughter and came back with 2 pairs of boots, 1 not on the shelf. That 2nd pair were perfect and trip turned successful. Thank you Martha, my 7 year old loves them!

5 stars for service, down to a 4 for the poor selection.

Excellent service from Helena at Dorking branch, measuring our grandson for his first shoes. Very satisfied with Clarks'service and choice, and very reasonably priced.

Visited Carmarthen Clark’s for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff were lovely and managed to fit us in really quick as they had a few fittings. Ella was very helpful in helping us to get the right first shoe for my daughter who’s just started walking.
