Visited Queensgate Clarks today. The service by Alex was beyond excellent . Alex was highly approachable and was happy to go again and again to get what we actually wanted. So satisfied with the incredible service although it was super busy today.

The Clarks in Grimsby was absolutely amazing! Specifically Millie who works there. When I went there she was such a friendly woman who made sure we had great service and perfect shoes! 5/5 will come again!

I was served by Steph and she was very helpful and attentive. She helped my daughter choose the correct school shoes. Excellent customer service. Will be back again.

The store manager in clarks Staines Q is very professional and very helpful and he does his job with a pleasant smile on his face. You need more staff like him.

Sales clerks we're really helpful and we found our pair really quickly. A little bit too pushy with the extra cleaning products but overall good experience.

We visited Clarks shoes Royal Avenue Belfast on 26th August 2026 to buy black school shoes . We were assisted by a young staff member,Jorja,who was very friendly, very helpful and very professional. She had a very nice way with our little 8 year old granddaughter and was very patient with her . We bought a beautiful pair of black shoes . Our little granddaughter wants to say to Jorja that she loves her new school shoes, her friends in her neighbourhood loves them ( she brought them out show everyone) and she is looking forward to wearing them back to school on Tuesday. I visited the Ealing Centre branch to buy my daughter a pair of school shoes and the customer service I received from Henry was extremely good. He was helpful, patient and polite. He didn't push me to buy a shoe size that was available in the store. He was honest and I appreciated that.

We were served by Nima at the Carmarthen branch. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time fitting my daughter and we left with a perfect pair of school shoes. She was very good with my daughter and was very friendly.

I have always liked Clarks as a company and I genuinely like the brand, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.

My order was delayed by the courier, so I contacted Clarks Customer Care for help. I sent more than three emails asking for an update and simply wanted to know what was happening with my order, but I still did not receive a proper response or any reassurance that someone was actively looking into the situation.

What was most disappointing was not even the delivery delay itself. Delays can happen. The most frustrating part was being left without an answer and without any clear understanding of what was happening with my order. As a customer, you expect at least some communication and reassurance that your case is being dealt with.

I also received conflicting information about the parcel. At one point I was told that it had been returned to the warehouse and could not be resent, and that a refund had been processed. However, the parcel was actually still with the courier and was eventually delivered.

I do want to acknowledge that Clarks offered me a £50 goodwill gesture, which I genuinely appreciate. This was a positive gesture and shows that the company is willing to recognise when something has gone wrong.

My disappointment is therefore not really with Clarks as a brand, but with the way my case was handled by Customer Care. The delivery problem was frustrating, but being repeatedly ignored after sending several emails was much worse. I was left waiting, uncertain and having to chase for information myself.

I still like Clarks and will continue to consider the brand, but I sincerely hope Customer Care improves its communication. A customer should never be left wondering whether anyone is actually looking after their order.

Today my husband and I took our four-year-old autistic son into Clarks in Harlow to buy his first school shoes. Our son finds changing shoes incredibly difficult and on previous visits we haven't even been able to get shoes on him at all. I was very anxious but Lucy was very patient and non-judgemental even when our son screamed and we had to try some wacky approaches to make the process easier for him. Lucy made the experience so much easier, we managed to get our son to try shoes on and even walk around a bit in them. We ended up buying school shoes, trainers and wellies which wouldn't have happened if Lucy hadn't been so patient and understanding.

Sales assistant in Belfast store, Angela, was very helpful and made me feel like I was very welcome today.

My 3 boys were served by Helen who was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you so much Helen you are a credit to the selly oak Clark’s store

I recently visited Clerk Shop and was very impressed with how smoothly everything was managed. The token and priority system is well thought out and keeps things orderly — no unnecessary waiting and a clear process for every customer.
Special thanks to the person who helped us for the outstanding customer care and support. They were patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s refreshing to experience such attentive and friendly service.

Ace at the Fosse Park store made what I was expecting to be a stressful experience very easy. They sorted our problems straight away, made my daughter feel important and we walked away with the right shoes we needed. A great service, thank you!

Visited the Yeovil store today and had a great experience. We hadn't booked but they were still able to measure and fit both my children. Abi was brilliant with them, especially my 6 year old who has additional needs. We always choose this store over the larger outlet store closer to home. We have previously been served by Diane who is equally as great at her job.

BRAVO! Today, we brought my youngest son's first pair of shoes from Clarks in Loughborough. The experience was made so much more memorable by Abi. She is knowledgeable, friendly, smiley, and extremely helpful. Abi deserves a raise a HUGE raise. All the staff at Loughborough store do; it is such a welcoming place even when they are all ridiculously busy. Thanks again to all the staff, especially Abi. It's been emotional.

Went to buy a pair of shoes in the Halifax store on 28 July. I have difficulty buying shoes as I have hyper mobility but managed to get a pair that fit me correctly in every way, thanks to the store assistant Nik. He happily brought several shoes for me to try on, didn't pressure in any way, and respected my reasons for rejecting shoes that didn't feel right. Thank you for an enjoyable interaction. Made my day!

I visited the great Yarmouth store with my sister, nephew and my son for school shoes today and we was served by Lewis who was exceptionally patient and understanding as my nephew has non verbal autism and was quite screechy and screamy which can be very overwhelming and Lewis stayed calm which helped my sister to stay calm as she finds she gets judged or rushed out of places/shops but Lewis didn't make us feel rushed and was kind and patient and very helpful with guiding us on which shoe care was best too, Lewis is a credit to the great Yarmouth store.
