We had a great experience at Carmarthen store. We were served by Bethan and Rachel. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They engaged with my children and made our back to school shoe shopping experience enjoyable!

Visited the Bedford store and was served by Nawaz, excellent service. Nawaz helped us with 4 pairs of childrens's shoes and was very helpful.

Molly was absolutely excellent with all 4 of my children’s show fittings. She listened to how they felt in their shoes. It also made sure the shoes fitted correctly!
Amazing service

Visited Grimsby branch this morning (as I often have) for my autistic son, it was busier than previous due to time of year but firstly I noticed the staff all took time with each customer. We was served by Viv who very quickly asked about my boys sensory issues and adapted her service to meet his needs. Real focus on my child and making sure he was doing okay. It's those little acts in retail that make what is an often stressful experience one of ease.
So just wanted to shout her out!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only that you dont get assistance, but you are blamed for their mistakes.

Visited Clarks in Bluewater last week and the young lady who served us - Katie - was absolutely exceptional! Her patience and product knowledge was off the scales. It's so rare to see these customer service skills these days that it was a pleasure visiting the store. I had a previous experience with a gentleman in the same store the week before...honestly, I'm not sure why he bothered to show up, he absolutely couldn't care less about selling a pair of shoes, so Katie was a delight and a breath of fresh air!

Jorja was very helpful in finding just the right shoes for my little ones. She was professional, took her time and nothing was a hassle.

5 Star Service today at Fosse Park Clarks. We were served by Kerry who helped my mum buy a pair of heals for my Graduation. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to come up with many options for my very picky mother. 😂 She did multiple trips to the stock room to get many different sizes and styles and all with smile. She even helped us get the best discount possible. In the end our blue light discount didn’t work but that was down to technology. (Could be improved) However the service was exceptional. Kerry is an asset to your store.

We visited the Hinckley store to get my son his first school shoes. Kiesha provided great service and dealt with my fidgety 4 year old very well! She was friendly, calm and informed me about the deal that they currently had on, which we benefitted from. An all round great experience!

Fantastic service by Jorja in Clarks Bury. She is very polite, helpful and has alot of patience. I was served by her last year and had the same fantastic service. She is an asset the company.

Mo was friendly, helpful and understanding, make our experience in torquay clarks a pleasure. Would recommend

Holly at Beaconsfield was amazing.
Helped me choose 2 pairs of shoes for work, made everything very easy and even ordered some in for me. Highly recommended

Will at the cardiff store was very patient with my medal obsessed 5 year old and the 1 year old refusing to be measured for his first shoe screaming at the sight of the measuring tools.
You were calm and understanding and we got there in the end. He’s been wearing his shoes happily all day, so thank you 🤩

We were served by Mohammad, a new staff member at the store, only on his third shift. Mohammad was great... attentive but not pushy, professional and friendly, enagaging in conversation with 3 generations of our family, all whilst fitting 2 children for new school shoes.

Mohammad was careful in his checking of the fit, and knowledgeable about care of the product. Our sale was processed efficiently. I was informed by another staff member that Mohammed has stayed on shift an extra 30 minutes to finalise our sale, thus going the extra mile.

Thank you Mohammad, your service today was very much appreciated, & you are a credit to the store! 😊
