Clarks Reviews 

I don’t normally write reviews, but after our experience at Clarks Bedford Interchange today, I really felt I should.

We visited during the school holidays with seven of us altogether, and as you can imagine, the shop was extremely busy. Sayan looked after us and was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

We had three teenage girls who took quite some time deciding what they wanted, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. He was incredibly patient with them, as well as being kind, friendly and patient with the younger children.

One of my children is autistic and can find busy, noisy environments particularly difficult. As there were so many of us, we were taken into a quieter area at the back, which made such a difference and helped make the whole experience far more comfortable.

Despite how busy the shop was, Sayan gave us all the time we needed. Every single child came away with a pair of shoes that fitted properly and, perhaps even more impressively, that they were actually happy with! I think that may be a first for us.

What could easily have been a stressful school-holiday shoe-shopping trip turned into a genuinely pleasant experience.

Sayan is a credit to Clarks. His patience, kindness and manner with the children were outstanding.

Clarks at Bluewater was absolutely heaving yesterday (30/9/26) the staff were run off their feet but I was helped by a lovely team member called either Alisha or Leticia, she didn't rush me and she was happy to check on their system what shoes were available in the size I needed for my daughter which was a bit time consuming. She was so polite and patient, she made our visit to Clarks a nice experience despite how busy it was. Thank you!

Having visited the Whiteley store I cannot recommend this store enough. Despite it being a few days before school starts and having a daughter with very particular sensory needs, Ella-Mai was patient, kind, thoughtful and nothing but reassuring and gentle with my daughter throughout.

We was helped by Thomas at the Harlow store Thomas did an amazing job with my three son’s and was very understanding for my youngest son who doesn’t like having his feet touched or taking his shoes on and off

Great customer service from Ali at the Middlebrook Store on what must have been one of the busiest days of the year as the kids go back to school

After having a bad experience in a different Clarks store, I visited Clarks at Middlebrook near Bolton. Michelle and Ninael (spelling?) restored my faith in human nature. Both so friendly, welcoming, yet professional. Michelle is a very experienced lady and was wonderful with my 4 yr old grandson. Nothing was too much trouble for either members of staff. We were treated with courtesy and respect. I felt reassured that my grandsons feet were measured correctly and we came away with a bundle of perfect shoes, trainers and plimsols. What a special experience. Well done Michelle and Ninael. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I visited Clark’s in Selly oak, Birmingham. A lady called Maria looked after us. She was lovely & really good with my two children, helped us find their correct shoe size & brought us a variety of shoes to try on. Made the stress of getting band to school shoes way less stressful. A credit to Clark’s she will go far in life

Went into the Grafton Street store and was helped by Alice who was absolutely fab. So professional, helpful, and lovely. Made the buying and selection process so easy after a day of running all over town looking for wedding shoes. Definitely going to come back. Thank you Alice and team!

We are from Barcelona and we are visiting Dublin. We have gone to the Grafton store and Webber has attended us. She has been charming and has even attended us in Spanish! A very pleasant experience.
