DO NOT RECOMMEND - STYLIST RUSHED
I scheduled my original appointment with Ana M 3 weeks in advance and when speaking on the phone, was told it would be about 1 hour and 30 minutes total.
My appointment was originally scheduled for 3:30. I got a call in the morning asking if I can come in later but I wasn't able to. We agreed on a time of 2 p.m. where I was told I would be able to be squeezed in.
I arrived to Chatters at 1:55 p.m. and was put with a different stylist. My appointment was finished by 2:19 at which point I paid and left. I felt this was completely unacceptable. What part of my service did I not receive that it was able to be completed in 20 minutes. I felt like my stylist was rushing, the shampoo was rough and the back of my neck is still sore. I would not recommend Chatters to anyone if this is how they are treated.
On top of that, I was originally quoted $71 for my Adult Long Haircut. When I got there, the price jumped to $81 because my hair was "longer than anticipated" even though we were cutting it. Being charged full price for a 20 minute service is completely unacceptable.

Anna Maria is honestly the sweetest stylist I have ever had! She actually consults with me about what I want and delivers 1000%. She’s the first stylist I can connect with and does my hair from start to finish without being passed along. Definitely recommend and will be kming back for her!!

My brother got a haircut by another stylist at this location a few days ago and it did not look good, we went back and Ana Maria “salvaged what I thought wasn’t possible,” (as my brother put it). He’s ecstatic with his haircut now! I know I can always trust Ana Maria to give me exactly what I ask for.

Hair cut with Antonella
I had my hair cut by Antonella this morning. Even after a snow storm, she was punctual and ready to cut my hair right at 10am. Very happy with my results. It was a simple trim but I felt very comfortable with Antonella and she did an amazing job with my wash, cut and style. Highly recommend her. Will be back!
