So bad. Bought gold bar..couldn't verify or scan the bar code.. asked to return the bar..but they are not ready to accept it..send proof that it can't be scanned.. bit chards are not accepting that..

Having used Chards multiple times over the past year or so I can say hand on heart that I have received first class service every time. The items I have purchased have always been of he very best quality and exactly as described in their web site. On the odd occasion that my intended purchase has not been a stock item Chards have always notified me when they were available and delivered to my door within two working days.
