Very good service from the team from start to finish

Very easy company to deal with , hassle free

The camper was really big for the two of us. It matched our expectations 100%.
Not a single problem with it, everything worked as it should be. Riding it was a real joy

Had a "Saver 4", got a very roomy MHB with 3 slideouts.
Despite the RV being rather "old" with almost 3 years and almost 60000km on the odometer, everything(!) in the RV was working, and for the age it was in good condition (new tires, recent oil change etc).
Of course a newer RV would have been nice, but then you pay for Saver 4 a little less then for the smallest MHC, so still good value for the money.
Calgary station was nice, wonderful lady explaining all the details and checking and handing over the RV. Only downside: despite a scheduled appointment we had to wait almost 1 hour until we were shown our RV.

Every thing working as promised

Great experience friendly and helpful throughout.
Check in was straightforward and helpful explanation of the vehicle. Everything was in order as booked and on return the process was smooth. Would recommend.

The van was modern and easy to drive. The booklet of information was helpful.the van was clean on collection. It would have been useful to have more than 2 of everything- we had to wash up dishes before our desert. Maybe something that secured glasses/ cups - they moved around however carefully they were stored. I think the generator should be included especially when it is not often possible to get sites with hook up and however much sun we had, and it was a lot, the secondary battery was never sufficiently charged so had to use generator to stop it alarming. Some odd designs on van like a seat with a cupboard above it. Why couldn’t the back window curtains be identical - was annoying that they only fitted one way. Could you place larger pieces of Velcro on the front windscreen to stop it from falling down. Only little things but rather annoying. A fold up washing up bowl would be a useful addition since none of the camp sinks had plugs.

Beautiful motorhome and great service from Canadream

The people who helped us were knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind from the very start of our experience, when booking and reserving, to the pick up, to the returning process. We appreciated the role each of them played in helping us fully enjoy our experience.

We rented a Rv for 12 days for a Canada/US road trip. Pricing was more affordable than US rental. Easy pickup. Great demonstration before departure. Good communication throughout rental. Very flexible with changes. Drop off super efficient.
The RV was clean and in great condition. Everything worked perfectly.

We had a very good experience from picking up the RV to returning it. The service was professional and excellent, the RV was well-equipped, and it provided us with a wonderful experience on our trip through the Canadian Rockies.

The best way to see the Rockies and the company itself are transparent with no hidden agenda other than facilitating trips like that. The vehicles are well maintained and as such, a lovely place to call home for the duration of your trip - I would happily return to Canadream.

Smooth & friendly

We had a really great time! The Guys in the Office were very friendly, although we had a few points to argue about. We were able to stay calm and respectfull, thats the main thing!
If we keep our eyes on the RV there are a few little things to criticise: the mattress, it is absolutely Impossible to sleep on it without a topper or anything similar. It is so thin, an just lying on wood. We are only 40, but had backaching after a few hours. So we bought a topper ar wallmart.
The fridge is really in a bad quality, so it broke after a drive over a bumpy street. Which costs us about 800 CAD, because the plasticshelf in the door fell out when we opened it the next time and also the plasic hook ar the fridge door. This must not happen in a RV! Still arguing about this point.
What we really missed were some places to hang up the towels. No hooks or anything else... Where should we dry the wet towels? Maybe this would be am idea, to fix some hooks, maybe at the bathroomdoor?
But the were just really tiny things. In summary, we would always come again!

The RV was in perfect condition. I had no probelms at all. The staff I dealt with were fantastic and the showed me complete operation.

Everything was great. Planning on a return visit.
Two minor issues:
1. The difference between potable and non potable water was not explained during the check in.
2. The faucet in the kitchen sink broke on first use.
