Delivered wrong address and left…
Delivered wrong address and left mattress outside someone’s door . Refused to cooperate for right address on the phone even when I offer to come back home from work in 7 mins . Strange delivery way . ( my address was correct on form )

I am sorry to hear that, and of course it is not ok to leave it outside the door if the freight order does not explicitly say so. I will take that with DHL.
