The staff are all hard working and…
The staff are all hard working and friendly the food and drinks are priced fairly there are plenty of offers on the bingo cards and electronics the only gripe I have is when an electronic wins they don't have to shout which seems unfair to someone playing on books

iv not been out for a game of Bingo in…
i have not been out for a game of Bingo in 13 + years . not many people in is is sad to see however. I rely enjoyed . staff are amazing so friendly and willing to show how it goes. all smiled and welcomed us in this was afordable too. food great ! I will definitely be doing this regularly now. thans BUZ bingo x

Faulty machine turned off while I was…
Faulty machine turned off while I was playing a bonus on £2 stake took the club 10 days to partially rectify. At first said I won nothing then offered me £2 then offered me 178.40 still not correct as you cannot win 40p on monster catch at £2 stake its impossible.
Simon branch manager was rude arrogant and speaks like customers are dirt on his shoe over the phone but quiet as a mouse when your in the club or hides.
Will never return here no apology or nothing I have fully released videos and phone recordings will not remove until rectified by head office massive hits for my YouTube channel and support and it seems it's a common theme in buzz bingo in the south
