Excellent Engineer - 5/5
The engineer (Mehdi - hope it is the correct name) was very patient to get to the root of the issue and get it resolved instead of rushing to just get it done for the sake of completing the service call. His meticulous resolution of the issue has inspired confidence in Bosch Customer Service.
The engineer deserves 5/5.
4/5 is for getting through the Irish Customer Service number which has always been challenging and time consuming. It is nothing to do with Customer Service personnel but this is more on the lines that Irish Customer Support number should be very clearly publicised and easy to get through - Bosch should not forget that Irish customers deserve the same respect and attention vis-a-vis UK customers since at the end of the day Bosch is indeed selling its products in the Irish market.

Replacement Fridge Freezer Door.
Was very pleased with the result of fridge freezer door replacement and technicians carrying out the work. However, the old door was put into the very large cardboard case that the new one was delivered in - and left outside at the front of my house for collection with no weatherproof protection. After 48 hours when collection arrived - "too long" - the box had deteriated with the weather and was not accepted by the courier. I would suggest to maybe have crews carry a large roll of clingfilm to attach, or arrange for a faster pickup schedule to time with the weather situation. Having contacted customer relations, they were really helpful and considerate in resolving the problem.
