We received an email from the partner…

We received an email from the partner company of Blink UX for alleged market research that involves content creators who work with GenAI. Everything seemed good, we even filled out a lengthy survey that they designed to determine if we are fit for the study. Never heard back despite the promise of "2-5 working days" for informing us of the decision.

What is more, they never replied to our questions regarding how our privacy is going to be protected and how they are going to guard the sensitive personal and brand data we share by filling out the survey. For that, we also received a promise that we would get an answer. Never got one. For such a big company, we expected more care with privacy related questions.

For such a big company that pretends to be influential in the field, these are big flaws. They should care more about the people they contact. We are not some numbers or machines, we are human beings who spend time working on stuff that will allow us to survive somehow. We are happy to share our experiences with other companies, but being neglected is not what leaves a good impression when it comes to engaging with seemingly experienced companies that boast on their websites how they have a friendly and fun working culture but then fail to meet their own expectations.

If you get an offer for a study about user experience either directly or through partner companies of Blink UX, my strong advice is to avoid. They don't care about people they contact.
